Stayed in for a day before leaving Istanbul can say that it was one of the best experience I ever had with a hotel to start with I would like to thank Mr Mehmet. This guy is amazing he made sure we have a pleasant stay he’s truly kind not just to mention but the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious rooms were amazing and had a decent sea view the hotel is near a mall not even a 1 minute walk it’s in the center of town truly worth every penny.

Staff has nothing to do with a hotel. The staff is not skilled. When I booked two rooms I asked for a connected room or two rooms next to each other. I was not helped in the hotel and I was given two separate rooms on the 7th and 12th floor. Furthermore, the material in the hotel is of poor quality, so that the hotel will become neglected in a few years, for example, the shower head was already rusted and several elements in the room were loose. Not recommended for families. If you are on your own and just want to sleep, the hotel meets expectations. Pay a little more and avoid disappointment.

Checked in this new hotel. Quite and near to many shops and restaurants. I would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his hospitality, very humble person. Definitely will visit again.

Nice place, good breakfasts. Location is too far from the city center for this price. Great thank to house keeping, the only one good service here. And housekeeping team is the only good part of this hotel. Front desk works extremely slowly, you can't reach them via the phone, and the problem solving may take forever. Have a feeling the only thing that concern the front desk is smoking with bell boys. Staying went well but there's no desire to.come back again
