We had a great time at this hotel! All the staff was really nice, the rooms were clean, bathrooms worked really well and the AC worked. Location: it's about a 5 or so min walk to the main stored and 10-12 min walk from the lantern area. What was nice is that this hotel was off on a quieter street but had a bunch of accessible stores near it Hotel staff: everyone was really nice and accommodating. When we checked in, they sat us down, offered drinks and walked through pricing to make sure we were aligned and then also walked through different activities in the area that you could book through the hotel. We also got on laundry done here for such a good price! The front desk people were always so nice and hospitable. They were also very on top of making sure we had airport transport and that we were on time for our flight. So nice! Rooms: we had the family suite, which was two rooms with a door between. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the AC worked really well. The bed is a little harder than I anticipated but otherwise, great place Overall, had a great stay and would recommend if you don't want to be somewhere rowdy.

The hotel was very nice but the cleanliness can be improved much more. That being said, the service is 10/10, would definitely return for the comfortable and walkable distance between the hotel and everywhere else! We also got a 10% discount on our tailors thanks to the hotel! Quyên was a great receptionist and gave us a lot of insight on what to do and what to be wary of.

A nice place to stay. It’s a perfect walk to the market and restaurants(about 5 minutes). Just far out enough that it’s a little more quiet. The building is pretty old… but that is what you would expect in an, “ancient city.”

The Aman boutique hotel is near the old town center, convenient for nighttime travel and sightseeing. The room is clean, there is a swimming pool, the friendly staff helped us book quality tours, the best of which was the cooking class tour, the basket boat experience tour in the coconut forest with a menu of Hoi An specialties. My family and me had a very rewarding 3-day vacation here
