We love this place. We've stayed a couple of times. Has a really nice atmosphere. The people who run the place are really nice and super helpful. It feels like you are temporarily part ofnl the family. The surrounding area is beautiful; one of our favourite places in Thailand. We also really love the breakfast!

Great place for our first week in Chiang Mai. We are moving, so our luggage was big and heavy. Their free shuttle service from the train station was a lifesaver. On time and an easy drive in a comfortable van. The free shuttles into town throughout the day were also very convenient. Very lovely and hospitable people who will help you with anything you need. Definitely recommend.

Stayed 4 days, 3 nights here. Very nice place, quiet, great service. Room is very nice and clean with super comfy bed (only problem of clogged drain in the bathroom). In room wifi is super fast. Breakfast is great, you can eat as much as you can. I like omelette. Only few minute to Chiangmai 89 plaza where you can find many kind of foods. However, if you have no private car, this place perhaps very difficult to go outside.

Very friendly comfortable hotel. Linen was clean and changed every day. Rooms have Aircon and a celling fan. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Trips can be arranged from the hotel which cost no more than usual. They also have complimentary cars to drop off into town. The same cars will also pick you up from the airport We are here the first night and the food was top quality. Breakfast was also good with a good spread. Opposite is a very quiet and peaceful temple to visit. Would stop again if in the area.

A very nice family run hotel. The owners are a couple who from Europe and Thai. They are so nice and very helpful providing us the travel info to the join the glider tour, the High truck game and to the night safari. The rooms is big and clean with a fair price. There is a swimming pool and bicycles for the guest to explore the old town. We will be back here again and defiantly recommend this hotel.
