I can't say enough good things about Dedo Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, allowing me to check into my room at 8am the day I arrived. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the location, quiet and most sites were accessible with a 15-20 min walk. The breakfast was great, massive spread of options each morning. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the service provided and am surprised this isn't a 4-star hotel.Thank you Dedo for having me.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find due to it being on the 3rd floor of the building. It was very quiet at night. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center. It's also in walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station and easy to get to from the airport too. They had a good variety of food items at the breakfast buffet. The room was a decent size, the bathroom was spacious, and they had good blackout blinds. I liked that they place many bath towels in the bathroom and changed them almost daily.

Location about 10 minutes from 5he centre of Florence. It is an old building, so the elevator is built on the outside and therefore quit small, so only 3 max at one time. The breakfast was quite bland very basic. When you checked in a reception, you were led to a stairway that was very narrow and looked like very much an afterthought to go to the room. The safe in the room was also not working. The picture when booking it does not tell the rela story

Don’t judge the book by its cover. The front building is old with elevator that fit 2 persons, but room is clean, bed comfy, bathroom is clean and stocked with nice towels and shampoo, air conditioning is cold, mini refrigerator and hot water maker in room. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable English speakers staffs. Breakfast is included and yum. Location is great. Walking distance to attractions.
