I stayed at this hotel for two weeks this time two years ago. The staff were helpful. I had an issue with my booking that they claimed was out of their hands which is fair enough. The breakfast service is simple. The rooms are very roomy which is good but I found it to be too noisy. I could hear the hotel staff working and talking in the middle of the night which is of course very annoying and the main reason for my average rating.

We only stayed one night, and it was enough. The reviews of the hotel are well-rated, but they are artificially created. The only positive is the location of the hotel. The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything, including the broken toilets next door. There is a mold on the windows and one window is broken and the shards are there for some time. Certainly, you can stay much better for the same money somewhere else. All the social networks are with nice pictures and very good promo, but reality is different. Target client is the one, who stays one night and never come back.

The service is great, free shuttle to the Liv clinic, which makes it convenient for the hospital patients. Cons: no elevator, just stairs. The personnel helped us to carry the luggage but I have no idea how clinic patients after surgeries can walk all these stairs 🤯 the breakfast is ok (Turkish breakfast is served), but coffee was not brewed 🤦🏼‍♀️ - just a regular Nescafé 😰

They stole money from me, promised to refund me but ignored when I asked. The owner asked me on a date, I was not interested. To punish me, he prevented me from getting my clothes back from the cleaners. His staff were not allowed to tell me the address of the cleaners, or taxi number. Then they pretended not to speak English, even though they did previously. They harassed me all night, swearing at me, intimidating me, stomping on the floor in front of my door yelling, and laughing. I left Turkey with an empty suitcase, and lost all my clothing. Be careful, if you are a woman travelling alone, I was afraid for my life.
