The suites are spacious, the front desk service was great, but my god, these beds are horrific. I know some people, probably mostly Europeans, might be accustomed to sleeping on metal spring mattresses but for the love of god these things should be illegal. It's 2023 and the rest of the world has moved on from cheap, uncomfortable mattresses, especially at this hotel class and price. The very nice front desk gentleman was kind enough to refund me our second night, I checked out early because I couldn't sleep another night on these mattresses.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The location is perfect, safe, in a good neighborhood. The room was clean, big, modern, also the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Massimo was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend staying here 100%. Just a tip: call Massimo before when you arrive in Napoli and he will arrange a taxi for you at a better price 😊

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, museums. The area feels very safe. The room was just what we needed -- clean and comfortable! I'd definitely stay again next time in Naples. Thanks for the hospitality!
