Nice building and staff, I’ve never had to complain about anything other than my smoking neighbors. The 1br is quite nice, no insects or maintenance problems, but of course it depends from apartment to apartment. The lifts get quite busy during some hours of the day Update: used to be good. Before I left it was full pf cockroaches and always dirty.

Apartment 2801 - beware of renting or buying at any cost!!! If Fahad still owns it, run away from that apartment. He is the worst scammer. What I went through while renting the apartment from him for a year cannot be described. After he received the check, he stopped caring about my problems with the apartment at all! As a result of his negligence the apartment downstairs is completely ruined by the leakage. He never paid for any repairs or huge bills caused by leakage. I curse the day I decided to rent from this horrible man. Run away from this guy and this apartment!

cockroach infested building. had to break my lease and move. no matter how many times I got pest control, the problem is in the pipes and no one was able to fix it, it was an absolute nightmare. management almost laughed at me, they didn't even see it as an issue. there was a cockroach in their office when i went to complain, no one even bothered. it used to be really good what a shame. stay away. Update: thank you damac for responding but I already moved out. I was in apartment 609 you can ask management to share all the emails and cockroach pictures I sent. I incurred lots of losses for breaking my contract early, staying in a hotel while i found a new place, then having an unplanned move. Not sure what you can do at this point, I wish you showed concern back then when I was bombarding everyone with desperate emails.

I’m a tenant of one of the retail shops. First of all, the common washroom for retail is in devastating condition (we were not approved to get our own washroom inside the shop). Washroom should have been renovated ages ago, it is poorly maintained as well, always dirty, we are ashamed to ask our clients use it. Moreover, the building clearly has issue with AC, which they blame on tenants not maintaining their Units, which is not true, as we do all required regularly and spend quite a lot on it. Will gladly vacate the shop once the lease expires

I never saw ignorant management like this building management ! we are suffering from hammering and drilling sounds from apartment above us since 15 days. we can't work or sleep and when you ask them at least don't work on weekends as we need to rest , they tell you go call police no one will listen to you !!! am just waiting to finish my leasing and will leave this really bad building.just message to management if you think people experience and reviews is not a major thing then just wait when this building bad reputation reach everyone then you will know your poor behavior will directly affect you.
