Stayed for 5 nights with breakfast Check in was smooth, we required a twin room and this was no problem Polite staff, room service available 24 hours Bed very comfortable and toilet and shower clean and used with no problems We had a balcony with table and deckchairs, which would be perfect in warmer weather Room also had a safe, which was useful Breakfast had a variety of foods, traditional, continental, cereal, and fresh cooked eggs, selection of tea, coffee and got drinks We paid for massage and jacuzzi, this was OK, the jacuzzi was very hot to begin with, but staff resolved this. Massage was good, it wasn't the best I have ever experienced On the whole the hotel was a great experience, quiet and calm atmosphere in good location , friendly and polite staff and we felt very safe, many thanks, would definitely stay again

Was not sure while booking is it would be great choice but was pleasantly surprised when arrived, very welcoming staff. Great location. The spa at hotel is also amazing. Only drawback was the room was bit cold for my liking , I visited in Feb , no tea/coffee provided in room, but apart from this everything else great. I will definitely stay here again

Beautiful photos on Booking and positive reviews about a good location did their job. Many photos indeed match, but the partially renovated room, unrepaired and slightly warm hammam, old worn chairs at breakfast – these were not shown in the pictures. Towels were taken, and we had to wait for them to be returned, instead of immediately replacing them with clean ones during room cleaning. On the day before departure, they simply didn't bring them, and we had to go to the reception and ask. The main disappointment was on New Year's Eve; they sent the dinner description, and everything seemed fine, but when we went for breakfast, we realized it's not a 4-star place, maybe 3 at best. We decided there were no guarantees that dinner would match the description. However, I want to mention some positives: the entire reception area is beautiful, the bar had beautiful singing and good service, and there was an excellent massage. I recommend it to everyone. The pool also looked nice; we didn't swim, but the area seemed very appealing. Also, they gave us two rooms with living rooms, even though we paid for regular rooms – a special thanks for that. The location is genuinely good; there are two small shops nearby and a Carrefour within a 5-minute walk.

Me and my husband chose to stay at Dellarosa Boutique hotel for a getaway and we did not regret staying here! From the moment we walked in, the service was lovely, we got served welcome snacks and tea by reception staff whilst we waited for our room to be ready for check in as we came early. The Staff are helpful and kind there which made the experience even nicer. The hotel is simply stunning. And the swimming pool can be seen from the hotels grounds which is so pretty. Breakfast was great too, lots of halal food options and delicious pastries. We stayed at the privilege double room which met our standards. The only issue we had was the shower floor kept leaking everytime we took showers which we had to place towels on the floor for. I think there was some sort of crack there which cause the leaks on the shower. Housekeeping was good too, they cleaned our room nicely and gave us an iron upon request. The hotel was a close walk away from nearby restaurants which was great if you wanted to stay close to the hotel in the evening. We found a great halal burger place a 3-4 min walk away from the hotel called “Be Cheese” and the burgers were amazing! The hotel has a restaurant which serves both breakfast and dinner, but we didn’t eat dinner there. Taxis were cheap to get from our hotel, we used an app on our phones to order taxis, they only accept cash so have Dirhams to hand. There was a money exchange place near the hotel which we exchanged money from, the rates were pretty good. All in all we would totally recommend staying at this hotel as it’s sooooo close to all the landmarks in Marrakesh, such as Le jardin secret, Jema el Fna square, ysl Museum, jardin majorelle and the souks! About a 8-10 min drive from the hotel to the places listed above, which was amazing! We loved our stay here at Dellarosa and want to thank everyone there for such a delightful stay!
