Beautiful hotel with amazing service. The room was clean and had modern facilities. My mother ordered something online while we were staying there and it wasn’t going to come on time before we checked out - so they even offered to help ship the parcel overseas to our home address. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Stayed here 3 nights & was the best hotel in Shanghai. Comfortable bed with great view of city on 30th floor. Fantastic services & food in hotel were excellent. Transport to anywhere is convenient as it's very central located. Will be back here again.

Your rooms were not only immaculately clean and well-maintained but also exuded elegance and sophistication. I went to an all-day dining restaurant for dinner last night, and it was a buffet with lots of food stations and options, including seafood, which I focused on. The food was fresh and delicious since I arrived early. Despite the restaurant being busy with a large company group, I found a quiet corner to enjoy my dinner. The service, particularly from Alex, was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic 1 night stay at this hotel, first of all the location was incredible. The hotel was really modern design, the room had nice city views and was really spacious. Swimming pool facilities was good, excellent fitness centre with a wide range of weights & cardio. Sauna and steam room also available for use. The club lounge offered great city views at night, whilst I was abit disappointed with the lounge (on that night), I'm sure other nights there's plenty of variety in dishes available. For sure, this hotel will be my first option for future visits to Shanghai.
