Deluxe Homes are truly amazing - very responsive support team, great selection of apartments, and a very human-centric approach. Their properties are spotless too. We’ve tried three other big agencies in Dubai over last two years, but Deluxe truly exceeded expectations - we are now renting two apartments through them for winter, and cannot be happier. I would highly recommend Deluxe Hones to anyone visiting Dubai - for both short and extended stays.

Rooms and locations is pretty good. However disappointed with the Deluxe holiday home staff. The checkin even after scheduling a time , they just leave without prior intimation and upon calling they don’t receive the call. Called up customer care which was also of no use. Didn’t expect such customer service from Deluxe holiday home rental company. They really need to scale up on professionalism as this is a service industry and exactly where they are lacking.

Unpleasant Stay at Deluxe Homes My recent lodging experience at Deluxe Homes left me deeply dissatisfied. The entire stay was ruined by numerous issues, and the staff's lack of initiative only heightened the frustration. The treatment from the staff was surprisingly indifferent. Any concerns I brought to their attention were met with apathy and a complete disinterest in addressing the problems. Compounding the disappointment, despite notifying the staff well in advance, there was a complete unwillingness to consider compensating me for the day I had to cut short from my originally booked stay. Witnessing such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially given unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, was dissapointing. Our frustration deepens as we continue to face the persistent problem of no hot water in our rental home throughout winter. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company for assistance, our calls remain unanswered. This situation not only subjects us to cold showers but also raises concerns about the overall quality of facilities and maintenance at this establishment, jeopardizing our well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution before choosing Deluxe Homes. The combination of indifferent staff, refusal to compensate for changes in plans, and the lack of essential amenities make this accommodation an unfortunate choice. Spare yourself the disappointment and explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and fundamental comforts. Deluxe Homes, you have lost a customer, and I will be sure to share my regrettable experience with friends, family, and those seeking recommendations.

Worst experience we ever had! Roaches in the apartment, no curtains in bathroom, bedsheets were dirty, it was all wet and slippery, not provided with essentials, no hot water, no pool as well and on top of that nobody was responding to our complaints for three days to fix any of these which we paid for. Even after I provided all the proofs with photos and screenshots we were asked to leave early if we need partial refund.

Everything is perfect! Starting from the moment of check-in. We arrived late and checked in after 10:00 pm, without any obstacles or delays. The large apartment exceeded all our expectations. Magnificent design, comfortable and beautiful furniture, functional kitchen. There are all the necessary utensils and cleaning products. Amazing views from all windows and from the balcony of Dubai Marina. The biggest advantage of these apartments is that they have an ideal location. There is an excellent beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The tram stop is immediately opposite the exit from the building. We are very grateful to Athar for a wonderful holiday. We hope to return here again.
