Excellent staff. I have to call out the restaurant staff, she was amazing. Took care of us every morning snd ensure were got our food even when get are near closing. The property manager was kind. They all checked on us daily. Room cleaning daily, it was definitely a family type atmosphere. Small and friendly. Very clean property. The restaurant that serves only breakfast is top notch 10/10. Felt like it was a fine dining restaurant at one point. The landscaping was attractive. Overlooking the harbor. Definitely a nice property. Just ensure to bring your charger adapter for Europe is your are traveling from the west. The front desk ended up lending us one. The beds are a quite small. But I guess that’s the culture and not we are used to here in the west. The diet is Mediterranean and very healthy. Oh, the lighting in the rooms is warm and low..not like the bright white lights like what’s in the west.

Very polite staff. They greeted me with juice and cookies, and gave recommendations of places to go in the area. The rooms are large and cozy. Lots of anmeninites, and everything is well stocked. Only downside was dim lighting, and the sprawled outdoor layout of the facility.

It is a very beautiful hotel in nature, on the Kartal beach, 500 meters away from Ist Marina, where shopping and entertainment are intense. We were greeted with great interest and concern, from the reception to the kitchen staff. It was very clean everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even the dog named Lucky, who was at the hotel, was very friendly and always wanted to play with us. The room was very tidy, large and comfortable. It was just a little cold, there was an air conditioner but it was blowing cold air, I guess we couldn't manage to get it to work properly, we could have reported it to the reception, but they were very helpful with everything, and frankly, we didn't want to say that the air conditioner was not working properly. Keisnlikl3 is a hotel we will come to again. Thanks for everything.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and left very satisfied. Our room was clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. The location is also very nice, Istmarina shopping center is within walking distance of the hotel. So overall, it is a hotel that we can recommend and consider coming back to. We would like to thank the staff very much for their interest and concern.
