I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott, and I couldn't wait to share my wonderful experience, all thanks to Bree at the front desk. Although I'm not an avid reviewer, my stay was so exceptional that I just had to share it with the world. From the moment I walked into the hotel, Bree's warm and welcoming smile made me feel right at home. Her genuine friendliness and cheerful demeanor instantly brightened my day. It's not every day that you encounter someone as sweet and delightful as Bree. What sets Bree apart is her sense of humor. She has an incredible knack for making guests feel comfortable and at ease with her light-hearted banter. She had me laughing from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. Her sense of humor is truly infectious, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. Bree went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her dedication to excellent customer service is truly commendable. I can't thank Bree enough for making my stay at Marriott unforgettable. Her exceptional service and delightful personality turned a simple hotel stay into a memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, not just for its comfortable accommodations but also for the exceptional service provided by Bree at the front desk. The front desk lady was not welcoming. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. For me, it looks fine outside and the lobby. That sit. This room is just not nice. Looks like they tried to update some stuff, but not all. The bathroom door has dents, scratchs, and even one ceiling tile that is not in place. The bathtub looks like dirt. Maybe it's old, I can't tell. I'm thinking maybe they gave me a room in the old building, who knows. The towels smell good, the only thing I liked from this room.

We've stayed here before so we knew it was a good choice while booking. However this time DMTC went above and beyond. We actually were booked at another property about a mile away and it was a disaster from the start. It was so bad we decided within 5 minutes to find another place. We were able to get a room booked here immediately for a very fair rate and drive over. The gals at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I told then about our bad experience and they comped our parking and gave us a free breakfast for 2 in the bar restaurant which was awesome by the way. They didn't have to do that, especially during a slow part of the year. We are very grateful for the attentive service and will definitely be back not only to this property but other Marriott properties as well. We'll done.

Clean, large rooms and the service was great. Very friendly and responsive. The restaurant / bar was convenient, good drinks & food, and the service there was excellent. Breakfast would have definitely been a plus to have especially for the checkout/travel day. But there is a Starbucks relatively close by that opens at 5/5:30am if you're in need for coffee. Since the waters provided were $5 per we didn't use that or the in-room coffee maker. Having a room with a view of the mountains or generally outdoor view, is recommended. That being said, would definitely stay here again!
