We stayed for three nights and went hiking around the camp. We stayed in the deluxe room with an AC and a bathroom. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. We were so happy with the water pressure in the bathroom along with the AC to keep us warm since in the cold winter nights it’s necessary. The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We had a great time and highly recommend this camp because the view is wonderful.

We had high expectations but sadly we left disappointed and with food poisoning What we liked: The location in Wadi Rum is excellent, with beautiful views across the desert. The Deluxe en-suite tents were clean, comfortable and well-sized. The camp's layout was good, and the grounds were very well kept, with ample indoor seating for dinner and outdoor seating to watch the stars. The extra area at the top of the rocks overlooking the camp and desert was a fantastic addition. The tour guide they arranged for us to explore the desert, Salem, was amazing - a genuinely welcoming and wise person. What we didn't like: The staff here were amicable, but the hospitality didn't quite capture the authentic Bedouin essence we expected. The interaction felt more transactional and lacked warmth, especially noticeable during an extended stay. We found a more genuine Bedouin experience at other places. While the dinner each night was tasty, especially the zarb (Bedouin-style BBQ), sadly, we got food poisoning from eating lunch here, which badly affected the next four days of our journey in Jordan. We were the only ones to have lunch, with only one menu option available: chicken and chips in a wrap. We were surprised at how quickly the food arrived. On reflection, perhaps the food was not fresh and instead quickly reheated. We'd suggest avoiding having lunch here! The Deluxe en-suite tents were great, but one minor gripe was that the air-conditioning was terrible, which sadly meant we had to keep it on for much longer than we would have liked and were still very hot. Having such a facility out in the desert is incredible, but we likely wasted much more precious electricity than if they had a proper working one.

I was incredibly excited for this stay in the desert and it did not disappoint. If you're going to Jordan, this is a must do! We paid a bit extra and upgraded to have our own bathroom and aircon which was well worth it! The bed was comfortable and it was an incredible experience. The food was good with our overnight experience but we were a little disappointed that you had to pay for drinks as we thought that would have been included in the package. We got water included with the meal but any bottles of water / soft drinks were priced up. The desert is a superb experience and the camp was great, but I felt the team could have been a bit more attentive / it was a lot of money and expected a bit more.

From pre-arrival instructions through to departure this has been excellent. Detailed instructions sent and we were picked up with no wait & taken to the camp. We dropped our bags and went straight on a sunset desert tour, as it was just us we did pay a little more but it was worth it. Saw the sights then parked up for the sunset & fresh tea. The evening meal started with a explanation of camp, a little history and heritage then the food cooking demo of clay pots in the sand. The evening meal was simple but beautiful and there was plenty to chose from. Fresh cooked bread, meat and salads followed by some traditional dancing & then star gazing by the fire. The cabin / tent was decorated brightly , basic facilities but clean and more than comfortable. Extra toiletries bottled water and hairdryer included. Also EU and UK plugs as standard. Breakfast was also lovely with fresh omlettes and pancakes. Transport back to parking area straight after. All together a wonderful night in the desert for a very reasonable price.

Had an amazing stay here. The people from the ressort were very, very kind, warm and polite. The rooms were huge and very good equipped. We booked a tripple one and it looked stunning. There is an AC in every tent. The bathrooms are huge with big shower, towels, shampoo, hair dryer. The water was hot, hot and they encourage to limit the consumption as we are in the desert. For diner, we attended the dinner show. The food was beyound delicious, with traditional food like: fatoush, houmus, lots of salads, different kind of dishes with vegetables, rice, spinich, yogurt, chickpeas, potatoes and, of course, the meat cooked traditionally. They offer also breakfast which included eggs, vegetables, freshly made pankages and omlets, foul (traditional food made out of beans on which you can put tahini, lemon juice and spices). They also have a very good wifi connection. After the dinner we stayed near the fire, drink hot tea and admired the sky full of stars. The experience was astonishing, with great views and nice people. I highly recommand this accomodation.
