Beautiful hotel and location, however the walk to main area, shops, restaurants etc is very dangerous as it's main narrow street has no footpath and cars,buses, scooters were getting very close. However the rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast was average, we had to ask to get bread toasted all the time, maybe invest in a commercial toaster?

Excellent hotel located 5min away from the heart of Fabrika. From the hotel, the road to go there (which is also where there's the bus station) is dangerous as it has intense traffic and no sidewalk. It sounded surreal to me. Thankfully there is a less known paralel street that can also be taken, for more acceptable security as it is low traffic. I would advise everyone to use this parallel street using Google Maps. As for the hotel itself, the staff was lovely, the swimming pool was amazing and the bedroom had everything we needed, including AC. There is no elevator but the staff helped us go through the many many small staircases of the hotel. We didn't have breakfast as it was 15EUR per person and we find that is way too much compared to prices in less tacky greek islands (Paros, Naxos...). The prices of everything in Fabrika and Mykonos are absolutely not on par with what you'd find elsewhere in Greece. We saw no greek people in the hotel, it was mostly american tourists. In other less tacky islands this is very different.

We spent two days in Mykonos and wanted a hotel closer to the center market. This hotel is very closely located and we didn’t have to rent a car during our stay. A bus stop is 5 min walk away to take you to other beaches like Platias Gaias. Rooms are in great condition with several amenities. We received a gift daily from the staff. The toiletries are of better quality. Breakfast is ample and quite a spread. They have a patio to hang out and pool to relax. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Great experience for me and my family! I love their decor. 🙌🏻

Perfect choice. Amazing team, friendly helpful, cosy and clean rooms, perfect location is 2 min walking distance to town center where is much better being in city center. Many facitilites around the hotel like markets, bus station, rent a car/bikes and resturants. Great breakfast and everyday cleaning service. No doubt that we stay once again if we come to Mykonos again.
