Stephanie at the front desk was so so helpful and very sweet! The rooms are okay. Nothing special pretty basic and dated. The A/C worked well as did the heater. Rooms were clean and house keepers were nice and approachable. I didn't like there was not a door sign to say "room service not needed" or something like that. House keepers woke us up daily which was frustrating because we had a few late nights. Location was really close to Animal Kingdom but further away from Universal Studios and other parks. Not centrally located but still was accessable to attractions. Must have a car rental or plan to spend a lot with ride share options. Parking lot was kind of dark but didn't feel unsafe. There are many things within driving distance but not walking distance. Beds and pillows were okay...

This is a great hotel! My room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and large, and it is within walking distance of several good places to eat. There are also many stores and other restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Staff are very friendly; always a hello or a good morning when I came and went. I was very happy with my stay here!

Not bad for the price point. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very dated with old, small TV's and an old enclosed shower. However, for the cost, it was just fine for a couple days stay.

My mom and I wanted to go to Disney and booked a room here, she ended up in the hospital and we had to cancel 24 hours before check in. The gentleman was so very nice and so very helpful! He verified that she was in the hospital and canceled the room & credited us back. They did not have to do this as policy is 72 hour cancelation! We will be booking here again after she has recovered. ❤️‍🩹 My mom has stayed here and loves this hotel!
