Check In: The front desk attendant was giving us attitude when I went back to ask them why did she charged me for the room that I already paid through expedia. And she told me that she will asked Manager, and eventually she refunded me but rolled her eyes told me that “Im refunding you now! Rooms- It was clean and has all the Basic amenities Location: It was excellent as it was short 15 min drive to Magic Kingdom and the Orlando Vine Premium Outlet

If there’s any review you ever want to read through and listen to, please let it be this one. Do NOT book this place. I’ve never seen such disorganization in my life. We booked this for Disney. We got there and we had a group of 15 people. After a half hour, we learned they gave away HALF our rooms. Apparently, they don’t see the reservations until the day of. Although we made it 3 months ago, it didn’t matter. Half our group was forced to go to the hotel next door for a night, then come back to the original place the next day to get a room. That alone is an convenience. They then said they’d have the new rooms keys ready for us when we got back. After waiting a half hour, they gave me the key to a USED ROOM. Thankfully the people weren’t in there at the time. We finally got a room after more confusion. Another member of our group came back around 1am to get the room key for their new room. It was also USED. The manger walked around with them for an hour opening rooms with people SLEEPING to see what rooms were empty because their computer system apparently can’t tell them. They finally got a room at 2:30. The floors were so dirty we created a towel path to walk on. The room had this weird humidity even with air and your things felt wet. The tv didn’t work. I am trying to find something positive to say, but there is quite literally nothing. I’ve never had such a poor experience. We all couldn’t even fully enjoy the trip because we dreaded coming back to the hotel. Every single person that would be in line at the front desk looked furious because something was wrong. Please, go spend an extra $30 per night and stay elsewhere.
