Excellent & accommodating customer service. Great for family, provides baby cot & even a high chair (amazing!). Cozy with lots of space, clean and central with own parking. Good value.

Price is reasonable. We got a first floor apartment, with a terrace and a spacious private garden where we can hold parties when the day is dry. It is equipped and we are satisfied with their sanitary standard. The staff is helpful when one of us stepped on dog's poo just outside the hotel. We thank him for that.

Andrea and his staff have been very welcoming & accommodating with us. Trip type - Vacation Travel group - Couple Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 View from Dresden Apartment is outstanding. Very quiet at night - and includes everything we need for our month-long stay.
