I am writing this review after staying here for 4 nights, this is probably the worst decision i have made. This is one of the worst hotels, i have been till date. I don't know who has given positive reviews for this hotel, i feel all of them are paid and MMT india is promoting this hotel just for mere commission. Rooms are very small and dining utensils are from other hotels. Except location nothing is good enough for the money we pay, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone, please stay at a different hotel in the location.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They seamlessly organized our entire trip in Hanoi, from airport pickup to our Ha Long Bay cruise and Ninh Binh tour, and then back to the airport. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. While the breakfast offerings are somewhat limited, especially for vegetarians, they are still of good quality. However, there is a significant downside to the standard rooms. They lack windows and any external view, giving them the feeling of confinement, almost like a cage. Additionally, the standard room's bathroom is equipped with a large jacuzzi in the shower area, requiring one to step over the side wall of the tub to take a shower. This design can be challenging, especially for elderly guests.

I stayed in diamond legend hotel of Hanoi with family. I didn’t like the hotel. Only plus point of the hotel was its location. Rooms were congested. Breakfast was really bad! Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Language was also a problem with most of the staff.

A splendid moment during the stay. Right before 2 months ago Mr ERIC who is the In charge of the Hotel helped us a lot to plan our stay and also our halong bay trip. Our booking and package costed cheaper and we are so grateful to him. The rooms are spacious , elegant , clean and all the basic amenities are present. Great location as well. Reasonable rate and delicious Breakfast.

I don’t not recommend this hotel at all. I was absolutely disappointed. We had two to spend in Hanoi. It ruined our whole experience. We went meant to check in on Thursday, when we arrived they said the air conditioner is not working and told us to go to another hotel nearby. They said they will pay for it. The other hotel was not the best. We had a baby. The bed was really uncomfortable. The bed sheets were smelling. We went to them the next day and the hotel room is still available. We had to book something else.
