Wonderful apartment in the center of Rome. Everything is great: service, cleanliness, location, design, view from the window, Wi-Fi… Thanks for the quality ❤️ P.S.: If you add disposable slippers to the room, it will be great, otherwise the floor is very cold in winter ☺️ Thank you 🌸

A really fantastic accommodation, very centrally located. We could easily walk to all the main sights of Rome - the Colloseum is just a few minutes walk away, for example. The room was modern and clean. We spent a total of 3 nights there during the hottest days in Rome and the air conditioning didn't even make us sweat in the room. In addition, there was a drinking water dispenser available for free. An absolute recommendation! I would book again at any time.

I would highly recommend this facility. Very friendly and accommodating management (Fabrizio, the owner took really good care of his property) who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome. The location is superb, with a bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Our stay in Rome was made so much better by the room at the Hotel. We were fortunate to have the balcony room which overlooked the streets with live music playing, the sun setting in the background and the smell of Italian food cooking beneath us it was amazing. One two occasions instead of eating out we grabbed a pizza and ate it on the balcony as the atmosphere was private but felt authentic Italian. The room is great, very modern, really clean. They left a welcome drink for us which a very kind touch. Would 100% stay here again if in Rome, it’s so convenient as you have the colosseum within 5 minutes walk and the main bus station 5 minutes in the other direction. The host throughout was messaging, checking in on us, offered to book us taxis either way from the airport. Fantastic overall stay.
