My partner and myself stayed at Dinso from 28 Dec 2023 for 7 days. Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was exemplary. The staff were so friendly, polite and true professionals. Anything you needed, they provided. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the resort is an incredibly clean environment which is honestly a must for me. Between the greenery, pool facilities and cabanas, Dinso is STUNNING and so serene. We enjoyed staying by the pool so much as it was such a great vibe. We didn’t get bored (which we found was the case at other resorts). We stayed in one of the rooms with the balcony facing the pool - highly recommend!! The experience is unmatchable. The cocktails were amazing and so fairly priced. The location was also great -about a 10 min walk from supermarket/shopping centre if you need to buy any essentials. We stayed at three 5 star resorts during our stay in Phuket and Dinso was by far our favourite experience in every way. I highly recommend Dinso to all tourists.

The villa we stayed in was amazing. The bed is super comfy and you have heaps of space, your own pool and your own rooftop terrace with a daybed and an outdoor bathtub. The breakfast was exceptional, too. Everything your heart could possibly desire. The resort is like the perfect little bubble away from all the Patong craziness (which definitely wasn’t our cup of tea). All the better that we had our villa which we loved. The staff is also very lovely and helpful. 10/10 would recommend the resort and the villa.

Long but honest review ahead - mixed feelings about Dinso resort. Booked for a 5 days stay (23-27 Feb 2024). While the staff at this hotel displayed efficiency and kindness in addressing our concerns, the experience was marred by persistent noise issues in our initially assigned room on the 5th floor. We were hearing traffic all night long, people talking, phones ringing. (We fully understand that rooms are in best availability basis but I really hope you don’t get assigned to that room) We managed to switch to a garden view room which was much quieter and staff were efficient in assisting with this change. However, our room wasn’t cleaned/ towels weren’t changed and we had to request at the front desk for someone to help clean our room. Went out the whole day, came back to find the room cleaned, however, the toilet was awful. They cleared the drainage and left hair/ dirt in the corner of the bathroom - did not expect this. Again, we had to call front desk and they did send someone up immediately to clean. Also, called the front desk to book a taxi for 5pm as we had a dinner reservation in patong area at 530pm. Went downstairs and they seemed confused and we had to book a grab ourselves anyway. Admittedly, these might all seem like small issues but the constant disruptions has created a cumulative negative impact on our stay, day after day. On a positive note, the hotel's staff is genuinely friendly, the room prices are reasonable, the hotel design is aesthetically pleasing, and the breakfast spread is commendable. However, the recurring issues paint a disappointing picture, falling short of the expected standards associated with the IHG brand. Bottom line, from our experience - this hotel was unfortunately a poor reflection of the IHG brand.
