Rooms are pretty nice, especially the bathroom, The location is also nice, You can see the petronas tower from the pool and other buildings.and it seems like the bed sheets didn't get changed, they just kinda arranged more cleaned, the washing machine is very loud sometimes . Although the entrance lobby does not have any air-conditioner, would be nice to have one but overall ,the service is okay

So there seems to be more than one type of stays available at this property. Hence the conflicting reviews. One is basically the hotel and others are some floors that are run as AirBnBs sort of rent outs. Our room was on the 8th floor and privately managed. Not by the hotel I believe. The ground floor staff is fair behaved but they seem disinterested in you as soon they realize you’re staying at the rented room. They still did assist us but didn’t seem like they were happy doing it. Our room had a view straight into a garbage dump right across the street. You need to carry 2 key cards with you. One for the room and one for the elevator, unlike just one usually. If you’re staying at the rented place and not the hotel, it’ll be a nightmare if you lose your key or lock it inside the room as the hotel management will not give you a spare one. Closest laundry services outside the hotel at about 5-7 minute walk, with self service only. The room itself had a restroom and shower in repeated cubicles and the wash basin right in the center of the room which was very odd. Water pressure good and temperature also great. MRT and eateries close by. Centrally located. For the price, it was fine. My particular room did not have the cockroach problem that others are mentioning and it felt clean. The pool is excellent with a great view. Looks like infinity pool. Great for shots with the towers in the background. But it closes at 9PM which is disappointing and costing a star in my opinion. Breakfast open till 12 at rooftop. Around 50 ringgit including add-ons. Economical for the size.

I stayed in one Airbnb in the 18th floor and the apartment was nice. The only thing is completely unmaintained is the gym. The bike machines are broken, only two of the running ones work and the heavy weight machine is broken too. ACs are completely broken and lights are turning on and off.

I couldn't sleep because I was afraid of the cockroaches. My partner and I stayed for two nights and I would NOT recommend it at all. There were cockrochaes in the room, the room was dirty when we arrived, there was a funny smell out of the bathroom, no WIFI, no hot water to shower, and no one at the reception, not even during the day. We thought about paying a little bit more for a hotel in order to have it more comfortable but noticed it is essential to read the "real" reviews first before booking.

Horrible place - do not stay here. We had booked 8 nights and ended up only staying 1 night. We arrived and there was cockroaches everywhere - in the sink, loads on the floor and the bed. Along with bloodstained sheets. Glass in the shower was very mouldy and hadn’t been cleaned in ages it seemed. When we couldn’t sleep due to the cockroaches, we were told nothing could be done. There was loads of cockroaches in the hallways too. The next morning we requested a refund (as we had videos and photos of evidence) but no apology or anything from reception staff. Horrible customer service and it took so long to get the refund.
