This hotel is one of many advertised d'majestic. No reception, you will get notify by whatsapp once arrived in MY. Trouble is, not everyone from overseas are on roaming and have network all the time. Room is acceptable and behind the hotel there are many local eateries. Service & support is non-existent. In addition the real d'majestic reception is super rude, unhelpful and borderline general prick. Won't ever stay here again.

Our stay wasn’t good at all. Our room smelled like sewage and it was disgusting. After report, we could change the room. Both rooms weren’t clean. We had hairs in our bed and floor. The only thing that was good was the communication with the hotel managers. Check in and out were very easy and nice organized.

Good location close to transit and downtown. Good local food in surrounding restaurants. The place was reasonably clean. The service was lacking. We stayed for 5 nights and got clean towels and water once. The toilet hand sprayer was missing the head. The bed was sitting loosely on top of blocks and moved when you sat on or moved. The place looked like it was in the midst of being painted but not finished. The fridge was needing defrosted as it was just a block of solid ice. The towels were old and frayed. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this place.

location is bad to do stuff around but easy to take a grab and go somewhere else on the main area. If you are lucky and can get the best side of the building as well as if you can be higher then the 10 floor you will have great experience view. Pool is nice but to short time to use. 9 is to late to open people want to go earlier as well as couple want to go late pool with this beautiful view pool
