I've stayed here multiple times, and I will stay again... The staff is incredible, I mean, there are here to treat you as family... The breakfast is on the smaller side for an American but it tastes great and is included with the room... The location for me is awesome because it is much less touristy than other parts and walking distance to just about anything I wanted to see.... The sauna gets hot, so does the steam room. I didnt use the gym because I go to a local gym about 7 minutes walk away. Walking distance to a few breweries and a Sake brewery as well. Grocery store about 1 min walk away.. I'm very thankful for the staff, they have been amazing and I am about 15 nights in so far.

It is located in District 3, so some tours will pick up from this location. Most pick up from District 1 only. The rooms are clean, but the dispensers do not get refilled. We do not care about shampoo or other bottles, but the soap dispenser to wash our hands would seem important. The breakfast served is okay in taste. Easy to walk to many convenience stores.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and got a very good last minute deal via Agoda. This hotel has a really good potential. It is away from the main tourist area but it is easy to book a Grab from there to go anywhere. The apartment was big enough for our family with 2 kids. We had access to the pool and breakfast was very basic as off season so only 4 dishes to choose from. But it is in a good location - close to a supermarket, massage places and small local eateries. There is a school next door that can be noisy during a day in a week but it didnt bother us. Aircon works ok in a room and fridge is big enough and cold. The apartment is not set up for cooking or eating in though, even that you have a small kitchen, there is a very limited number of cooking and eating utensils and plates. We had to ask for few more as there were only enough plates and glasses for 2 people. We were treated very well though. We got our breakfast one morning as take away as we were headed to the airport. I also forgot my headphones in a safebox and came back to pick them up a week later and was glad they were found and returned.

FOREIGNERS. THIS IS IMPORTANT. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. They will charge you these secretive fees at the end of your stay. They will purposefully “forget” to add certain towels and plates on some days so that they can charge you for these “LOST” items at the end of your stay. I was charged with a HEFTY. fee even though I didn’t break a single plate, let any towels out of my hotel room, and drank the provided water bottles as I was led to believe that they were free of charge. The story on being charged with FOUR “lost” towels is that one TWO nights the cleaners “forgot” to replace the dirty towels. Both nights were in different bathrooms. They did this so that we wouldn’t notice. I am extremely FURIOUS. with the outcome of my stay at this hotel. There are MUCH better hotels that you can find that won’t charge you in the secretive way that this hotel did. Seriously unbelievable behavior by the cleaning staff. I really do love and respect cleaning staff at establishments but I believe this staff was trained and told to “forget” to refill certain items when cleaning the rooms. This hotel has good food, respectable waitstaff, and is relatively clean. I had stayed here previously and it was a dream. It was nice and clean. But THIS time, it was overrun with hidden fees which made the establishment HIGHLY untrustworthy to me. It truly is such a shame. But since I believe in karma, although this establishment did me dirty for their own benefit, I will not try to curb them from additional customers. All I’m gonna say, is for this place to change their distasteful, secretive ways. If they won’t change, then foreigners make sure to STAY. AWAY. You WILL get scammed at this place. I would give this place ZERO stars. ZERO STARS. If I could copy and paste this review and give this establishment 10,000 ZERO STAR reviews I would. Really thought you could mess with my money like that. Seriously a bunch of scammers. Thanks a whole lot for RUINING my vacation. I would’ve had fun otherwise, but you just HAD to end my vacation off on a bad note. Charging me for things I didn’t take. I hope you enjoy yourselves and the amount of money you got from me.
