Hotel is truly amazing. The hospitality is impeccable - staff are very generous and make you feel at home. The spa area is spectacular, very spacious and clean. However, the gym area is very insufficient, but it’s a hotel, so it’s not that big of a deal. Breakfast is inclusive, and offers a variety of options which are all nice.

Had a nice stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful and made check-in easy. Free parking available. The room was pleasant and clean plus the bed was amazingly soft! The spa is nice enough - it has steam room, sauna, a small hot tub, kiddie pool, and regular pool. Just a little strange that it is co-ed with both men and women sharing the same facilities. But it was clean and a relaxing experience. There is taxi service to the airport (30 min away) available for €17. Overall a nice stay and great value.

Perfect hotel to relax just before your flight. It's right by the bus station and close to the airport as well. Staff are very friendly and most speak English. There's nothing much around the area within walking distance though. The rooms are newly furnished and everything was comfortable. The spa and pool are nice and good way to recharge although a few of the saunas were not working or under construction when I stayed. Breakfast was included in my rate and had a wide variety of options. Overall would recommend especially given the cost benefit ratio.

The hospitality of the staff was extremely good , i personally felt like home. One time i was waiting in the hallway for my wife, a member of the staff saw me wait for like 5 minutes and came to me asking if there was something wrong with elevators. In the room you had the phone to call the reception 24/7 ,if you wanted you could order food from the phone so they could bring it to your room. I came here 1 hour earlier that i told the hotel that i will be and it was no problem at all, my room was ready , clean , and the receptionist told me everything , the pool , the salt room, the spa, the gym ,everything was included in the price. Everything was like it was shown on website, every last thing , from the price, the rooms like in the photo, food was even better than it was shown in pics. 10/10 would recommend.
