I booked with this hotel arrive there at about 3:30 in the afternoon on July 30, 2023. There was a locked gate with a bell and a little sign with the phone number. I rang the bell several times no answer we called the number numerous times no answer so we left about 20minutes later. We ended up going to another hotel. I tried getting my money back several times from this hotel, and they told me no because they engaged their cancellation policy. I didn’t cancel there was nobody to answer the phone or open the gate

We stayed for two nights and we had an excellent stay! We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome. It was in a great location and by great eating spots. Dora was SUPER friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of and was super hospitable. Stay in this hotel you won’t regret it. :) Thank you Dora! I went to Rome to visit my brother and see the city and Domina Popolo B&B was in the perfect location. The hotel was only minutes from Piazza del Popolo which allowed for easy walking to all the major sightseeing attractions, many great restaurants, and major shopping areas. If you do not want to walk everywhere there was a subway station about a block away. The staff at the hotel was welcoming and extremely helpful. On our first day, the staff gave us a map (that we kept with us the whole trip!) and made recommendations/tips about food/coffee, sightseeing, and shopping. The B&B itself was charming and clean.
