Unfortunately my trip was cancelled due to personal health reasons 4 days before the check in day to your hotel. Alhough I fully accepted the charging policy I tried to communicate and inform you about the reason I have proceeded to cancellation action asking you if it is possible to share with us any refunding policy in order to pay a future visit to your place. No answer has been received or sent to me via email/phone. We were expecting at least to receive from your hotel an official answer regarding our stay. As you may know many of the hotels in the case of a death or health problem of visitors they are trying to refund the lost booking reservation or to give flexibility for a future booking. You should understand or realise in some special cases that humanism is over money and business!

We stayed here for one night. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were a bit small but location is excellent in the heart of the old city. Breakfast isn’t included but they give you vouchers for an 8 euro breakfast which was an amazing deal

What a great experience! They arranged pick up for us from the airport, met us at the Pile gate, and even gave us a small tour of the old town on our way to the hotel. The staff were really kind and the room was extremely clean and well renovated. It was small, but didn’t feel small because of the high ceilings and large bathroom with high quality features. I wish we could have stayed here for longer! It was the best hotel experience that we had during our stay in Old Town, Dubrovnik.

A Beautiful Room in a Beautiful City Great location for Dubrovnik. Good communication from staff. Loved the room! You go up some stairs and it is tucked down a quite path. Everything in the room is quality, from the furniture to design and colour theme. Seems like a professional interior designer created it. Staff kindly looked after our bags for the day while we toured Dubrovnik. Would definitely book this place again.
