The pizza chef is incredibly friendly and helpful, having problems with cheeses, he has always satisfied me, spoiling me even more than necessary. The staff were very kind, the food was of a quality and goodness that could easily compete with the best restaurants in the world. I personally recommend not looking at the menu but letting the pizza chef do it, but if you are not convinced of this idea, I recommend the montanarine with the Genoese, the diavoletti all'amatriciana and the sbriciolona (it is a pizza that deserves to be eaten at least once in a lifetime) .
