The rooms were old fashioned with dried up pizza crusts on the carpet. The breakfast, lunch at the pool restaurant and garden are phenomenal and lush. Haven’t tried the other restaurants but assume they are good. It’s a hotel which shows its potential, but can’t quite deliver due to the non-corresponding state of the room.

This hotel is beautiful . The only things that spoils the experience is. There are too many steps to go anywhere. If you want to go to the beach it us quite a walk. The food that is served in the Bahia restaurant could be more varied. There is not a good amount of choice. If you don't like fish then you are disappointed.

We had a major problem concerning our rooms and the duty managers Toñi & Manuel were very helpful & understanding in solving these issues. Thankfully they were able to fix things quickly in a very professional manner. Our kids loved the kids club and the team was exceptionally good. Maria & all the other team members (sorry couldn’t memorize their names spelling) were super fun, kind and attentive. They took a very good care of our children and ensured they were having fun at all time.
