We stayed from December 26th to January 1st in this delightful apartment located in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. The accommodation is equipped with all essential comforts and is very clean; It is located a few steps from Via Toledo and Piazza del Plebiscito. At the suggestion of Sergio, the owner, we parked the car in a nearby garage. We come to Sergio, a kind-hearted guy, exceptional welcome and throughout the stay he was always helpful and resolved even small inconveniences in a short time. He gave us useful tips and advice for our visit to Naples. I recommend this apartment and if I go to Naples again I will definitely stay here. Thanks Sergio

We stayed for 4 days and had a great time, Sergio helped us with the garage where we could leave the car and gave us a 5 star hotel service, in addition to the cleanliness and services offered he gave us valuable advice on where to eat, things to taste and things to see, Sergio 🔝.. you can see that he does it with his heart... it was a very pleasant stay and we will return without a doubt.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of this lovely room located in the heart of Naples. The scent of the sheets, the attention to hygiene measures and the care taken in choosing essential, but welcoming and very comfortable furnishings with attention to every detail exactly reflect the personality of Sergio, the owner of the structure, whose availability is it proved invaluable from the moment of booking and for the entire duration of the stay. His kindness and friendliness made our stay even more pleasant, leaving an excellent memory of his exquisite welcome.

The best way to see and experience Naples is to do it among its alleys and Donn'Anna allows you to do it! A new, welcoming, well-kept and above all clean environment, in the heart of the very famous Spanish neighborhoods. Located in a strategic point, not far from the beautiful Via Toledo station and a quarter of an hour's walk from the sea. We stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. The room is also equipped with a kitchenette, although we didn't use it, but if someone stays longer it could be very convenient if you don't always want to eat out. The very kind manager, ready to answer our questions and give us suggestions that we really appreciated! Excellent value for money. I advise!
