When we arrived the girl from the reception was super kind, fast and helpful. 5 stars for the receptionist and the cleaners. But the morning when we had to check out, there was nobody to help us around, we were looking for 15 minutes. Then, we wanted to give up, the guy came talking really disrespectful and not giving solutions at all. We just wanted to buy a coffe and he was only trying to push us away and not giving a clear response. At the end he served two cappuccino for us, but the vibe it was already broken. At the end, to be honest, the room were really nice, just like on the pictures, the hotel has cute vibes and good location. Only thing to complain, the guy on the office.

A good standard hotel with nice rooms and even some free drinks in the minibar! The breakfast is definitely a big plus even with pancakes! Top.next to the hotel you have a great possibility to go out jogging! Great place.

Definitely not a 4 * hotel. Parking is not included. And no elevators to access the rooms ?! I never saw that in another hotel. Reception only works at certain hours and it was really difficult to find an employee who could help us. Heating system wasn't working for 4 days and the only solution offered was some portable electric device. It seems that employees don't talk to each other as nobody seemed to be aware of our problems during the check out. Only thing positive was the breakfast.
