Great location if you are a fan of Starbucks reserve. Room is clean and nice and very well insulated, no noise can be heard at all, love the washing machine in the room which is a huge convenience for long time travellers.

Nice hotel right across from the new Starbucks roastery. Variety of room sizes which are comfortable but i found it odd that you needed to climb into the bathroom (big step up from floor). Hot baths are nice and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay especially given the location.

The higher floor has huge rooms. Some rooms are equipped with washing machine and a bigger fridge. They have friendly staff. It is next to Don Quijote so it is convenient if you want to buy something.

Pros: very nice location in Naka-Meguro (trendy neighbourhood with shops, cafés, nice walks and good communication), the room was larger than usual for Tokyo standards. Cons: all the rest. Breakfast was the worst we've had in Japan: very small place, very limited offer, very poor quality. The room was dark and not very clean. We had also 2 very dissapointing experiences with the staff. One day they did not clean the room - when we complained the staff told us that you have to pay extra 500 yens for cleaning, which is not advertised anywhere and was obviously not true. After check-out, we asked the staff to call a taxi and we were told that they charge 400 yens just for calling. These two things never happened to us before or after anywhere in Japan. I would definitely recommend NOT going to this hotel.
