The location and the room are great. All the staff were amazing! After check out and leaving Hong Kong, I check my email and I received an email notify I left cash in the room safe locker. Yes, I forgot to take my cash when I left. This is no small amount. No one from the hotel took it away. I didn't notify the hotel that I left something behind. I really completely forgot .The hotel contacted me proactively. I am very grateful. I have never encountered such a wonderful hotel in Hong Kong. This hotel will become the hotel I must choose when I go to Hong Kong. thank you.

The restaurant service is amazing. The foods quality is very good and the restaurant staff are welcoming & professional. It is completely out of our expectation. We always have a good time for breakfast. The room is a bit small and require maintenance; service of the guest room attendant could be improved.

Mixed bag really. First of all, the staff were amazing throughout, they did everything to help, they deserve 6*. The rooms are really, really small, the bed is even smaller, my feet were literally hanging out. The hotel shuttle service is useful, but as traffic is really bad, it can take more time in the shuttle than walking, or taking the metro. The location is, in my opinion, not great, but between the shuttle, public transport (15 minutes by metro to HK central), and Uber, we got around... And walked loads! Uber from the airport was less than $hkd300. Overall a comfortable hotel, but not superb.

I do not know, how all these ratings are 4s. This hotel is the smallest standard room I've ever seen in my life. And i got the 'superior' corner room. There is barely any storage space, and the only space or 'closet' you have is the glass container in the wall to keep your hangers in. The bed is basically beside desk, you can sit and touch both. The washroom shower is next to nothing if you are big and wide. It's hard to shower and not touch the walls, curtains and sitting on the toilet, you're basically touching the sink and walls beside you. On top of this, its January 2024. ITs COLD in HK. Does hotel DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL HEATING. They give you a portable heater that barely runs. The rooms are super cold and small in january. Definitely IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY HERE! Would not stay. here again. If manager sees this, please tell me i'm wrong. Because i'm not. I'm on the 9th floor, you can talk to me if you think you have a solution to the worlds smallest hotel room, with next to nothing storage, and no heat to warm up the room. Sitting in a cold box, when its 5 degrees outside, no sink space ladies. No mirror except a small one for your face. --- Honest Truth.
