DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Ultra All Inclusive Resort

We spontaneously booked a 1-week stay here due to an AC issue at our previous stay and we could not have made a better decision. As a family we are frequent travellers and have never stayed somewhere, where every staff member, without a single exception, was this kind, professional and genuinely helpful. The resort is of a very comfortable size - even with our 2-year-old toddler we could easily reach everything by foot while still feeling spacious. It's easy to get around with a stroller with ramps placed almost everywhere. AC/temperature regulation was a big factor for us, as we stayed here during the heat wave, where it got up to 42°C. The room AC was easy to adjust, quiet at night and energy saving - which was a big plus. Everywhere else around the facility the indoor temp was set to a comfortable level. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of activity options in the shade for our 2 year old energy ball - he loved going up and down the many stairwells, the ramps, the main path under the trees and kicking ball in the tennis court. Words fall short to describe how absolutely fresh and delicious the entire dinner menu was every single day with regional/international specialties, grilled meat section, large variety for vegetable/herb rich side dishes, salads and desserts that were all rich in flavor (not the case for many all-inclusive resorts!). The service team was absolutely fantastic - we never had to repeat a request/drink order twice and was always greeted with a smile. Unfortunately, generally speaking, overworked service staff is not uncommon in all-inclusive facilities due to excessive ordering of guests... We were very happy to see this was not the case here. We can't say much about the bar/alcoholic drinks as I still nurse and husband is not a heavy drinker but the virgin cocktails were delicious and refreshing. Overall we had a fantastic stay with our greatest thanks going to all staff members and would highly recommend the facility to other families.

Very good beach hotel. Medium size, very well maintained, lots of trees. Traditionally rich selection of food and drinks. Beautiful landscapes. Great beach and clean sea. There are always free sunbeds and umbrellas. Very good for children, children's pool, children's section in the restaurant, musical animation for kids in the evening, etc. Excellent staff, very attentive and friendly.
