I had the best time staying in this hotel. It's elegant, modern, clean with very helpful and friendly staff! I felt very welcomed. I loved everything about the hotel: the room, the restaurant, room service, terrace. Very convenient with an airport free shuttle. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

The location of the hotel is about a 5min short drive from the airport. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport though we didnt avail of this. There is a petrol station next door for easy refueling before returning a car rental. Complimentary parking is available. The room is spacious and tastefully designed. We didnt hear any noise from the planes despite the proximity from the airport. I would say this is one of the BEST hotels i have stayed in. I always say what makes a hotel stand out is the PEOPLE and the SERVICE. The reception staff was friendly and warm without being overbearing when we checked in. My son unknowingly left his apple watch in the hotel after checking out a day later.. Sefed contacted me and we coordinated to have the watch picked up and sent to me across the world. They let me know once the item had been picked up by the courier a few days later and I am now just waiting for this to arrive. Sincere gratitude and kudos to the management for this exceptional service! Highly recommended hotel in Izmir!

Unlike other Doubletree hotels I've ever stayed, this ranked the best so far. This is the third stay at this hotel and even better than before. Especially the staff is really helpful and organize the things before you ask for. Special thanks to Fatma and Ramazan for being really helpfull but at same time genuinly friendly and kind.

Our stay 21-22, 2023, rooms 401.402 It was perfect from check in till check out. The check-in was perfect. The hotel location is just 5 minutes from the airport & they have a valet parking. our reservation was upgraded , the size and view of the rooms was Excellent.The room is very clean & taking care of all the hygiene requirements , thanking all staff for their attention, polite attitudes. Good breakfast service. Definitely we will recommend this hotel.
