One of my favorite Doubletree Hilton I’ve stayed at. The service here is amazing, showed up late for breakfast and was served a plate. Staff always asked if I needed anything and was very helpful. The rooms here was updated and had a luxurious touch. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Thailand.

One word wow! I stayed at this hotel for 20 days and never had any problems! The people are all friendly and kind and always available, they can help you with any request. The hotel offers a vast breakfast buffet with different diets and different cuisines (Indian, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.). There is also a gym with all the necessary equipment for any exercise, the best thing is that immediately after training you can relax in the adjacent swimming pool. Room cleaning always excellent! The hotel is located in a strategic area as you can easily get around on foot or using the BTS at PhromPong station. 5 stars deserved!

First time visiting Bangkok, the rooms are great here and the staff are amazing. The rooms are big and luxurious, kept very clean. We availed of renting a driver with a minivan, this was a great service as so many points of interest are so far apart. Would definitely visit again. 7/11 across the road and many food options. Many massage parlours around too.

While the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok were an absolute delight - friendly, helpful, and truly embodying the brand's "CARE" culture - my recent stay there was unfortunately quite disappointing. I was initially drawn to the hotel's Hilton affiliation, expecting a certain level of quality and comfort. However, the reality fell short. The rooms were smaller than anticipated, and the furniture, particularly the chairs and carpets, showed noticeable wear and tear. Torn seams and general age detracted from the overall aesthetics and ambiance. While the beds were comfortable and the amenities functional, the worn-down feel cast a shadow over the experience. While the breakfast buffet boasted good variety, it couldn't fully compensate for the lackluster room condition. Ultimately, the charm of the staff couldn't mask the need for some necessary refurbishment in the rooms.
