It’s a solid three stars. It’s very outdated. You can tell some upgrades were made but they weren’t the right ones. The door didn’t feel very secure. The room was clean in the right parts but housekeeping doesn’t go beyond the basics. Bed was really worn and springie. The room does have a fridge and microwave ( they were very clean ) Wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just not for me. Lots of college kids stay here. But on the plus it’s affordable and you could do worse

This place should be shut down. When you check in the office smells like urine. I asked the manager if I can have two extra bath towels and one sheet because me and my daughter were there for a wedding. He wanted to charge me $40 extra for the items I requested so I just went to the dollar store. When I open the door to the room there was trash at the door and throughout the room it looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in about two weeks not to mention the mold that is on the baseboards in the shower. The ironing board was disgusting we couldn’t use it not to mention there’s not an iron in the room. The ring around the shower was even worse. And to top it off we had to call the office manager to come push the door open because we were unable to open the door from the inside. I paid to stay Friday Saturday and Sunday and unfortunately I checked out Saturday morning and didn’t even care about the lost money. That’s how terrible this place is. The only thing I could say good about this place is it has hot water. We literally had to use the bath towels to stand in the shower.

First the room I stayed in smelled really bad like as if someone had been smoking forever. The small fridge smelled like death inside when opened. Clearly they don't clean this place often enough as you can see in the mirror. Don't know if the front desk is just the owners or just front desk staff but needless to say no thank yous or yoir welcomes were given. Almost like it was a bother to help. Sorry but I won't be staying here again should have read reviews on this place before. Cause they do match how this place is run.

Everything about this place is awful, the only exception is the location. I was told by staff if I was to reserve a room on booking.com again they would refuse me service. I asked politely “why are you on booking if that isn’t an option?” after that she got extremely agitated, confrontational and extremely condescending. She argued with me about how booking takes too much money and she doesn’t want to pay them, she’s there to make money and asked me numerous times “do you understand” after I replied yes I understand the first time...initially they tried to give me a room that didn’t match my booking which was a smoking room with a broken microwave/no fridge that smelled extreme heavily of cigarettes it was nauseating (I paid for a nonsmoking room with microwave and fridge). When I went back to the front to have him place me in the right room and I explained the room didn’t match the description he didn’t say a word except the new room number. When we finally got to the room, it was broken in so many ways. The bathroom didn’t open all the way because it got stuck on the protruding shower rod. There is no leg room to use the toilet. The bathroom door handle was broken hanging off of the actual door and the ceiling vent does not take out the shower condensation. This left the room constantly sticky. There was no microwave plate in the microwave, the fridge froze everything inside of it, front door is extremely stuck and would shake the entire room when opened or closed making a huge banging sound. The room key did not work the second day. When going to the front desk no one would come after ringing the front desk bell after several minutes. I had to call the front desk for someone to come out. The room smelled like cigarette smoke because the room next door is a smoking room. I will never be staying here again. The front desk staffs rudeness is enough of a reason for me to not give them my patronage. I know the prices are tempting, but do yourself a favor and spend the extra money by staying somewhere else.

mold and other unknown stuff on the wall next to bed, no hot water, wifi doesn't work, heater doesn't work, furniture broken, REAKS like smoke and i asked for a non smoking room and was told it was, which it clearly has been smoked in for quite some time. guy at the front desk lied and said all rooms were non smoking. floors coated w dirt along w the furniture and bed sheets. another guests hair and dirt in the corner. Absolutely foul. made me sick to my stomach i almost chose to sleep in my small car just because i would feel cleaner than staying in that room. NOTHING worked no heated showers or heated rooms. The guy up front lies and will tell u its non smoking when they all read. other reviews from over a year ago have these same claims so they obviously don't care or plan to fix any of these issues
