Excellent hotel facilities, clean rooms and top notch service. Staff like Sandi were particularly helpful in advising and planning our trip, helped make it a very enjoyable and easy stay. Highly recommend 👍

Clean room, affordable price, the place was near food court. The food court food price is way more cheaper than in the resort.

Small and cozy hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms. Nice warm showers were available, with good quality towels toiletries. Breakfast provided were good with a decent variety. It is in a convenient location, near to a local food centre and is easily accessible from the ferry terminal. Getting about the island is easy, with taxi guides easily available around the area, or can also be conveniently booked via the hotel reception as well. The hotel staff were all friendly and attentive, and prompt to answer any queries or needs that we have. Very value for money, and I would recommend this highly to tourists who wish to tour about Bintan without the frills and splurging on the higher end resorts.
