Room was clean, bed was super comfortable, service was great, the free breakfast included was actually really good, you can order off a menu as well as the buffet offerings. The only con, it's an older building, and the walls are paper thin, and our neighbour's happened to be sick with an awful cough, so we heard every hack, or them simply talking in the hall when they passed our room, so that was really unideal for sleep, I'd suggest earplugs. Additionally we were on the 9th floor, and free breakfast is on the 10th, so there was a lot of footsteps above us that was also annoying. Overall pretty decent, but our sleep did suffer a little bit because of the described factors above.

I stayed in this hotel for a total of 11 days. The hotel is great value, for 580k Vnd (for the most basic room) you get a nice room, good breakfast and a central location. The staff are super nice and friendly, they always willing to help. The hotel offers laundry service that I used 3 times (2$ per kg). Really recommend staying here especially if you traveling on a budget.

For the price is fair, but it’s an old building so don’t expect too much, rooms were clean and good but the bathroom was very stinky not for cleanliness I think maybe from some pipe or something in the building. Beds were comfy and the free breakfast was also very good. And also you should know they lock the front door at night. No one told us that so one night we arrived late and we found this surprise but one of the receptionist was there so we just knocked and scream a bit and he opened us the door.

Don’t go there!!! If I could I would give no star at all. Worst experience! We had a room reserved for 2 nights. Due to a flight delay we arrived in Hanoi at night. However, we had checked with the hotel and they said the front desk was staffed 24/7. When we then arrived at 2AM at the hotel it was locked and there were already other guests waiting in front of it. Despite calling and knocking for over 1h no one answered. Then we went at 3AM at night to search for another hotel (of course at their own expense). At 4AM the hotel then reported and said it would have been someone there, which was definitely not the case! An absolute cheek! When we went back to the hotel the next morning and wanted to book a room for 2 nights, we were told that only a more expensive room is available. When we asked if we would get a discount for the extra expense and for the failure of the hotel, it was only very rudely refused. With emphasis, we were then offered a perk for 2 USD (!)! In summary, just a single impudence of the hotel!

The hotel is nice. We stayed in the superior triple room. The rooms were good with only one flaw there were no windows, but apart from that all the needfuls were available in the room. The breakfast is ok, they provide varieties of fruit, bread butter, tea, coffee juices, pancakes, non veg items as well. It is just like a buffet breakfast. The staff is good and supportive.
