AVOID MISINFORMATION SCAM RUDE Location is great, but what they don't tell you is that the check-in is not where the apartments are. Yes, they do tell you after you've booked it. I had my disabled friend with me. We got the taxi outside the apartment to then be told you've got to go elsewhere 20mins to someone else. Staff are very rude not helpful. Takes 10days to get the deposit back. Check-in times aren't good. Apartment its self is basic. Iv stayed at hundreds of apartments. Iv never seen so many rules and fees if you accidentally break one. Avoid

- Blood and weird stains on pillows and mattress 🤮 - have to call a mobile number to pay £100 deposit to get the code to get in the apartment ( I have booked too many places but never experienced this bad) - the apartment has horrible smell from the mangole in the bathroom - no toilet tissues - the kitchen has a mould sock from previous renter - have to call to get internet access

Had a great 2 nights in these apartments. Its great that they're home from home and everything that I needed was provided. Good base for exploring Liverpool 😀
