Booked for 6 nights but only stayed for 1. Hotel photos and descriptions on Agoda for the room was nothing like what we received. The hotel offered full refund which was great but really inconvenient when you need to find alternatives and looking forward to a stress free holiday. The hotel is in a good location if you like the hustle and bustle but very tired and run down. It also needs a good clean ie walls were dirty. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Looks like the owners need to do a bit of research on the other hotels nearby who offer great accommodation that includes a buffet breakfast for just a little more!

HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, but the cleanliness was not so good and the room bathrooms were also okayish.. The rates are a bit on the higher side, the breakfast options it's a 3 course selection. But as per my observation under 3k we could have found a better option elsewhere.

I stayed here for 22 nights and had breakfast everyday at the hotel. Very happy with the service at this place. The staffs are always happy and eager to help. Highly recommend the Dream Central hotel in Hanoi

Rooms are surprisingly large, (2 beds wide and some space, well our rooms were). Surprisingly fast wifi, and hotel staff are extremely kind and caring. From general directions of places, to recommendations on where “the best restaurants” to eat at. The location isn’t too bad, there’s a WinMart almost straight across the hotel, and it’s a bit of a walk for restaurants.
