I have never seen such a terrible hotel in my life. Neither the cleanliness nor the attention of the waiters We want lemon on the breakfast plate, they say it is not an addition to breakfast. We ask for tea. They keep passing it around in their hands. We wait for tea for 10 minutes. The cheddar and cheese for breakfast have no taste anyway. We give it to the cat, but the cat does not eat it. The cleanliness of the rooms is a matter of God, no one cares, we say let's drink coffee, we get the answer that there is no coffee left, we bring coffee from outside, the waiter talks to us rudely, I agree with the comment above, the waiters are ignorant and rude, it is a terrible business, do not be fooled by the Instagram photos. Also, there is noise in the hotel Bars street until the morning, it will be beneficial for you to take this into consideration and go. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the beach. I shared this comment with you with all my sincerity. The hotel's first priority is your money and nothing else.

We went as a couple over the age of 40 because it was +16. However, the noise of the youth over the age of 20, the location of the hotel right in the middle of large discos/bars, the lack of parking, traffic, loud noise and the fact that you could not get any tea for breakfast drove us crazy. When all this was added to the fact that towels were placed in the room with ration cards and there was no cleaning for 4 days, the taste was unbeatable. The only advantage is that it is on the beach, apart from that I would never go there…

A hotel that should never be visited in Gumbet. I have been coming to Bodrum for years and I have never seen such a disgusting dirty hotel. Business management is zero. It was very noisy, the room was literally jumping from the sound. The staff is very ignorant, rude and indifferent. Worthless. During our stay, there was police at the hotel entrance every evening due to fights. We had no security. There is the atmosphere of Istanbul Esenyurt every evening. It should be immediately removed from the list of all recommended agencies. Its only advantage is that it is close to Gumbet beach. I do not recommend it in any way.☠️

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. The hotel is a complete disaster, an imposition. The hotel is disgusting, they try to exploit you to the last degree, there is no hygiene whatsoever, old razors in the showers, no clean towels and unchanged bed linen, I'd rather not go into further details. I'd rather sleep on the street. At the pool, women are even looked at dirty by the employees or are called after them. no professionalism in this hotel. I don't think the hallways have been wiped since it opened. Cleaning staff not available. Underpaid students working there. vomit in the hotel corridors which can still be found after over a week. You can't stand this hotel when you're sober and that's where we come to the inhumane prices for the drinks. Toilet paper is not replenished and we have often received old towels or dirty ones that were declared as fresh or new. The bed linen is only changed if you ask for it several times and even then you can still wait a long time. If you want to go on vacation stay away from this zoo, it's been hell never again in my life.

Our girlfriends were verbally harassed at the hotel, and the hotel did not take any action in this regard. I'm not even mentioning the issue of breakfast, cleaning or the staff's attitude, but after this inconvenience, we wanted to leave early, the hotel officials said they would refund our fee after we left the hotel, but whoever we tried to reach said they had quit their job and we couldn't get our money back, I can only say regret.
