My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the property had serious issues. 1. Mold Issues: The presence of mold in the rooms was not only unpleasant but also a serious concern for health. The lack of maintenance and proper cleaning was apparent, and it significantly impacted the overall quality of the stay. 2. Unpleasant Odor: A pervasive bad smell throughout the premises further contributed to the discomfort. It was not only in the rooms but seemed to permeate the entire hotel. This made spending time in the common areas unbearable. 3. Inconvenient Location: The hotel's location, described as far from the center, proved to be a significant drawback. Traveling to and from the central area became a time-consuming and inconvenient task, impacting the overall enjoyment of the trip. 4. Rude Staff: Interactions with the hotel staff were disappointing. Instead of offering assistance or addressing concerns, the staff displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude. This lack of customer service added to the overall negative experience. In summary, my stay at this hotel was marred by issues ranging from mold problems and unpleasant odors to an inconvenient location and unhelpful staff. I would strongly advise considering alternative accommodation options for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Terrible service and client support. We've got a cold there tonight as the service just ignored that there is too cold in the room. The shower box with broken door.

We had to reserve it, but I don't recommend it except for necessity. The place is on a bad street and there are a lot of stray dogs. And there was humidity in the rooms and water was pouring all night from the air conditioner.
