Only good thing about this apartment was its location. Stayed for 5 nights. Biggest mistake i’ve made. Its too hot, the smallest oldest AC unit that does pretty much nothing. The apartment looks much more charming in pictures, it was not clean at all and smelt like sewers 24/7. Service and communication was pretty bad too, we tried not complaining but the heat kept getting us and when i asked for help, i got an answer days later that went nowhere.

It’s a lovely little apartment located in a good spot. That is all. It’s on the 3rd floor (which they conveniently do not disclose) of very steep and narrow concrete stairs. You have to jiggle the key to get into the building hoping that it works. Upon our arrival, it was stifling hot in the apartment with only 2 air units that were not sufficient to cool the space. When I contacted the owner/manager to inquire about a refund because it was so hot in there, we were told “it’s hot everywhere”. So we left the units on while we went to dinner, and, upon our return, one of the units had quit working. I again contacted management to report that, and when they finally answered, their reply was “please send video” as opposed to coming to investigate and correct the issue. The refrigerator did not cook properly. There were minimal kitchen essentials. There were minimal bathroom essentials. One room is up very steep stairs that are difficult to maneuver. We stayed one night and just lost our money for the other 2 nights because they would not give a refund. We’ve had 5 VRBO/AirBnBs on this trip and all have been good except this one. Look elsewhere!

Very bad experience. The only pros about the property is it’s location from the railway station. The property is located at third floor without any lift and steep stairs, if have luggage it will be a nightmare for you. They will not respond to your messages before arrival and there is none to communicate if you arrive a bit early. We have to wait 2 hours as they are not ready to share the number also. And after the scheduled check in time 14:00 hrs, one person started cleaning the apartment so we have to again wait for one hour. Lock of main door as well as ground floor door were not working properly and they are not ready to help even if you call them 100 times. The cold response was that it was told that you have to try a number of times then only it will get opened. It is highly embarrassing that you have wait outside in the street with family every time. My wife was scared to go out that if the door will not get open then we will left alone outside. The guy who came for check in was not knowing properly about the apartment and was in hurry to go away. We had a Very pathetic experience and I will warn everyone before choosing this property.
