Just absolutely fantastic. We’ve been travelling for a month and this was the first place where we were greeted when we arrived. Cvjetana met us as soon as we got out of our Uber and walked us to our room and showed us around. It was a beautiful way to start our stay in Dubrovnik. The accomodation itself is amazing, the common area with everything you could need to relax and then the room - wow. It was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Cvjetana has thought of everything you could possibly need and want during your stay. A five star review isn’t enough and I wish I could give more. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Where do I start! Our stay at Spectrum Rooms was outstanding. Our host went over and above to accomodate us. My partner Stan and I had just come out of a 7 day sailing trip and needed desperately to do some washing. Despite not having a public washer on site, our host went out of her way to accomodate us by washing, drying and folding our clothes to return them to us. She also left chocolate, croissants and a fantastic coffee machine. The rooms were spotless, clean and the linens replaced frequently. It was incredibly safe area of Dubrovnik, very close to a beautiful public beach with a magnificent sunset. I couldn’t recommend this stay any higher.

this property was absolutely fantastic!! the location was excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the beach and main area. there are bus stops outside to the old town and the property has a supermarket directly next to it which was also very handy. the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including a mini fridge, toiletries,tea and coffee/ beach and shower towels. it was also very clean. there is a balcony at the top where you can relax. the owners were so nice,they were very helpful in terms of advising on excursions,places to visit and eat. they offered a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was free of charge and were very friendly people. they made the stay very pleasant, i would 100% recommend staying here as it was comfortable and relaxing

We stayed here for two nights, and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly and kind, and the rooms were like a 4 or 5 star hotel. It was really clean, and the room had a mini fridge, some cups and a chair or two with a small table. They also had a cupboard and a window, as well as a great bathroom with one of the best showers I have ever used. There is a large flat screen TV too, as well as one in the lobby. In the lobby, you can make tea or coffee for free, which was very nice. If you need to leave your luggage for a half day, they will happily keep it fo you, even letting you in to retrieve it. Even though the location is not the best, there is a very nice nearby beach, a good pizzeria and a good bus service to the old town. If you want to stay in Dubrovnik, stay here.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed there 7 days and enjoyed so much. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. The interior design is absolutely stunning. It is home far away from home. Ivan was very very helpful, he contacted us prior our arrival and arranged everything regarding check in and organized transfer airports for us and the trips nearby. Half day trip by yacht was spectacular. All his suggestions regarding the restaurants, place to visit and city attractions are more than welcome.. Dubrovnik is amazing place with such a great history and architecture. I will definitely come back and my first choice will be Spectrum rooms.
