For the location, high ceilings and great concierge service ite great 👍 However, looks like an abandoned building from the 3rs floor all the way up! Paint falling off the walls, dust, flies and much more - baring in mind I'm not referring to the inside of the apartments here but, rather from the exit of the elevator in and out the apartments.

This review is for apartment 803 on the 6th floor. This place was a total disaster. We were informed only on the last minute (the morning of our arrival) that the whole apartment block was undergoing renovations in communal hall areas on all floors. Having been warned, when we arrived, we still found the condition of the building was totally unacceptable and unlivable. The elevator wasn’t working properly. The door didnt want to close unless jiggled. Floor indicator in the elevator was also not correct. We were getting off on the 5th floor when actually we were already on the 6th floor! We were walking up and down the stairs with our luggages to find the correct floor. The hallway smelt. And we heard a man in one of the apartments a few doors down was screaming angry. In the hallway, we were harassed by male workers who were renovating the corner apartment to the left of the hallway as we entered the main door to the 6th floor. The apartment itself was also in a very depressing state. The pictures we saw on the website didn’t in anyway represent what we got. The angle/perspective and lighting were done in a way to give the impression that the place was spacious and bright. The website also informed that it could fit 4 people when in fact it could not even fit 2 people to sleep comfortably! The unacceptable condition of the building and the apartment made us leave the place immediately and looked for another place in the middle of the night. We were not refunded our money and the manager/owner responded very rudely. Never ever stay here!!

Real shame that despite the prime location of the building its been allowed to get to such a state. Really horrible inside. Dark. Smelly ripped carpet. Stained mirrors. Lift buttons dont match. Needs a major revamp.
