Location, Location and Location. The highlight of the hotel is the location. Literally next to the cathedral and all the good stuff. Rooms are nice and clean. They have a “kitchen in the closet” with all utensils if you need to use it. The staff was nice, and the price I got was very decent. I went 2 weeks ago late Nov. it serves the purpose very well if you to a European vacay… meaning just to sleep🤣. Very convient the proximity to the main Milan attraction.

the staff is very professional and friendly. Photos of apartments on websites are not always the same as the actual condition. in your case it is the opposite, our apartment is more beautiful than what is shown in the photos. Compliments! Maybe you should think about the possibility of room service even though it is not necessary. best regards, see you next time

A sad story; we arrived at 26th Jan to hotel in the evening, came a long way drive through Bologna. When we arrived at reservation desk, an employee of hotel (I will not disclose her name here) didnt allow us in. She was not able to see confirmed booking even after we saw it on her monitor after double checking with agency. Thankfully and luckily another colleague Carlo has arrived and fixed the issue in 2 minutes. Before that we had to pay extra for already confirmed room, and also were not confirmed for the next two overnight stays. It was very uncomfortable unconfident moments with my wife in a late hour of evening. On the other hand we lost the dinner time, there were no more places open after two hours of waiting and trying to fix this issue with the hotel. I can confirm that this hotel has some people working who are not able to understand the issue in deep and support you in evening time. When we asked to her that : can you call someone responsible; she answered: no there is no other responsible colleague only me and Carlo! So if there was someone like her instead of Carlo, our stay will be quite more dangerous and not safe; we might not have found a room available in that hour even we had a confirmed booking! This was my second and most probably last stay in this hotel; and I strongly dont suggest this to anyone for the reasons I mentioned. I believe you can find a safe hotel around. I suggest agencies to take this hotel out from their offer.

Location is probably the best and only reason to stay here. The rooms are fine in size. The beds are very uncomfortable. Decor is basic hospital white and boring. Staff will take stuff if you leave it in the room, so be aware. Milan in general is expensive, so I understand staying here. It's clean and desk staff speak English. The amount of noise throughout the night was awful. Between that and the hard terrible bed, it was almost impossible to sleep.
