We booked this apartment in August 2022 for 4 people. The positive sides of this apartment: • An absolutely incredible view (it’s fabulous), • Space in each room, • Really comfortable bedding, • Storage space in each room, • Secure apartment thanks to its armored door with triple lock, • No noise from neighbors below and above, • Supermarket just below, • Bus line 10 meters away, • 15 minutes by metro from Via Toledo and Piazza Dante, • Two small equipped balconies: perfect for having a drink in the evening. The negative sides of this apartment: • No air conditioning, • Incessant noise from the nearby port (day and night), • Showers almost unusable because there is no pressure, • Very few dishes in the kitchen, • Dryer broken so difficult to do washing machines with lots of clothes.

In terms of price/quality ratio, this is an excellent apartment. from excellent: stunning view, comfortable beds, good furniture, lots of utensils in the kitchen, even a hand blender. There is a supermarket right in the house (until 20.00, it seems), opposite the deli. 2 houses to the metro, literally 3 minutes on foot. hospitality agency. They try very hard. of the minuses: weak Internet, does not reach the bedrooms. many devices at the same time also do not work. there are problems with the shower. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors upstairs moving chairs. conversations can't be heard. It didn't bother us at all. The area (and the whole city) is such that it’s scary to walk after 21.00. One time one of the neighbors decided to drill for half an hour at 8 am. Apparently, there is a “neighbor with a hammer drill” in every city :-) In any case, I would choose this apartment again if I were brought to Naples again.
