I recently had the pleasure of staying at Easy Hotel and felt compelled to share my experience. From the onset, what stood out most was the exceptional human touch demonstrated by the staff. The team at the lobby was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. This level of care extended throughout the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, maintaining a standard of cleanliness and comfort that truly impressed me. Additionally, the inclusion of a gym was a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine while away from home. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The menu catered to a diverse palate, offering both Asian and Western options, each dish prepared to perfection. It's rare to find such a variety in hotel dining, and Easy Hotel excelled in this aspect. Regarding value for money, the hotel is exceptionally priced. Even if the cost were higher, I believe the quality and service would still make it a top choice. Its location next to KL Sentral is unbeatable, adding convenience to its list of merits. I must admit, I'm usually skeptical about online reviews and approached this hotel with a bit of caution, despite its high ratings on Google. However, my experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. As someone who seldom writes reviews, I felt it necessary to make an exception for Easy Hotel. Its outstanding service, amenities, and overall experience have left a lasting impression on me, and I am already looking forward to my next stay.

I give 5 stars for its service. Hotel is clean, the employee are all helpful and friendly. Location is just next the train station and there are a lot of restaurant so it is easy to find food. Price? It is soooo worth the price with the service. Definitely will comeback again if i visit Kuala Lumpur. Thanks Easy Hotel for the service.

A very clean budget hotel. A jug kettle with coffee powder and sugar , bottled water , tooth brush is provided as complimentary. Quite generously the hotel even provide a small fridge in the room. A surau is available for muslim. Highly recommended

The room is good and location is near the NU sentral escalator. I stayed here a night before my flight since I thought it will be near to access KL Sentral. But since I wanna board the earliest klia express at 5am, the door of NU sentral is not open yet so I had to circle around the building. My room is at 2nd floor and I can smell the food from the restaurant below it. The iron board is only available one for every level so it's a bit inconvenient when you have to queue to use it. The hotel is fine if you wanna go to kl sentral easily and your flight is not early morning.
