It's such a lovely home cosy place with very friendly staff . Very close to city center. Beautiful and elegant rooms with very comfortable beds. There is a coffee machine in the room which is really lovely. Breakfast is delicious and nicely served. Love the place. Couldn't stop making pictures there. If I am in Tirana again, definitely I ll stay in this hotel again.

Waited till the end of our trip to write this review as it was our first time in Albania, and we were not sure if what we experienced was the norm, I can now definitely say it was not. Starting off with the pros: the hotel itself is stunning and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom however still had some hair on the floor and one of the sinks was dirty. The breakfast was amazing and it was the only great hotel breakfasts we had in Albania. The cons: the front desk staff was not helpful and the service we had for the 2 nights we stayed was not great. The comments about the service and friendly staff is very misleading in my opinion. The man who greeted us upon our arrival at the front desk barely gave us any responses to the general questions we had about Albania. We found that to be the case throughout the stay. The second day we had left out a sign to get our room cleaned and we came back to the hotel late afternoon to find our room not cleaned. We did not complain about this, although we should have. In the evening, there was a different man at the front desk and we requested for new towels. We were instead met with rude questions like "what do you mean by new towels?" and "what do you mean the towels are old?" ... instead of handing us new towels like a normal hotel, he kept questioning us as to why we needed new towels?! I then proceeded to tell him our room for the day had not been cleaned and this is why we need new towels. He seemed confused and kept asking us if we left the sign outside to get our room cleaned. We told him yes several times, the whole encounter was very weird and bizarre, and he did not even apologize for the mistake at the end. I will definitely not be returning back to this hotel, due to the rude front desk service.

Fab hotel with wonderful staff. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast scrumptious. You have two bars within the hotel, perfect to stop and watch the world go by. Thank you, Anca&James D.
