I had booked a room with them for two nights but, due to a Visa problem entering Vietnam, I had to cancel all my plans for Vietnam. The staff at Eclipse Legend was extremely frontforwarded by understanding the situation and not charging any cancelation fee, despite the short 2 days heads-up. All went fast and smooth. This attitude of theirs can show only their reasonability and kidness with their guests. I will surely book a room here when I get back to Hanoi.

The location of the hotel could not be better, it is right in the center of Hanoi, so you can easily walk to all the best attractions in the city. The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The lobby staff is really amazing, very helpful and kind. I do recommend the hotel!
